I am already in a summer state of mind! As soon as the weather heats up, I love to pull out a big straw bag and head to the beach or an outdoor venue to soak up the sun!
I was so excited to find this cute straw bag at Forever 21 for only $20.00! I just love all of the whimsical black pom poms that line the outside of the bag. The pom pom motif sends a clear message that I am here to relax and have fun!

This blouse definitely made me feel like I was on vacation enjoying the island breezes! I styled it with my super comfortable linen pants from the Liz Claiborne collection at JCPenney. Linen is such a nice light fabric for spring and summer!
The grand finale of my “summer state of mind” was a little boat cruise for my husband’s job! It was a wonderful evening and so relaxing! I am definitely ready to go on a cruise again soon!
