DIY Heart-Shaped Valentine’s Day Wreath!

I enjoy changing the wreath on my front door for the seasons and some holidays, so when I saw this beautiful floral wreath at Pier 1 Imports, I thought it was perfect… until I saw the price tag! So I decided to head to the Dollar Tree to pick up some supplies to make my own heart-shaped wreath!
