This week, Work it Wednesday should be called Weekend Wear- Nautical Style!
I enjoyed having my kids home for Spring Break. However, now it’s back to just my hubby and I on our empty nester adventures…down the street, LOL! I love going to Marina del Rey. It is close to home, there are great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beautiful Marina views.
My outfit reflects a nautical style-relaxed look with a pair of old capri jeans, denim jacket, casual T-shirt, comfy navy tennis shoes, and a burst of color with my super bright Kate Spade handbag. See similar handbag here
It felt so good to throw on a pair of sneakers and just relax! On the weekends, there are free concerts in the Marina. We were able to catch a little jazz and people dancing to the music!
There is nothing like a little relaxation time. You don’t have to go anywhere special to have a great day. I think the best part is spending time with the one you love.
