Time to lighten up for Spring! Now that March is here it is time to start transitioning from those darker colors of Winter to the lighter colors of Spring, which begins March 20th! Beige and other neutrals are a great way to ease into Spring.
This week, the weather in Los Angeles has been pretty mild and sunny for the most part but, I am ready to hop into Spring! My neutral transition will not last long, I can’t wait to add a pop of Spring color to my wardrobe.

Now, these shoes have been in my closet for a long time but, I would never wear them because the heel was a little too high. Then a friend recommended that I get the heel cut down. So I took them to the shoe repair shop and now they are the perfect height. I never thought about doing that before! Not all shoes can be adjusted this way, it depends on the way the shoe is made. However, this worked for these shoes and another pair I had. Shoe repairs are great! A new heel, sole, a good shine, and your shoes will look like new again! Check your closet ladies…you never know what shoes you have that are just waiting for a little TLC, I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
Stay busy being fabulous,
-Kery B.
Thanks for the tip on seeing if a shoe repair shop can cut down the heels of my super high heels. I bought 2 pairs of darling heels in 2013 and haven’t been able to wear them because I’m afraid I will fall. 5″ heels may be cute and sexy on girls 5’5 and up but on someone like me who’s 5’0…it’s a recipe for disaster! Thanks Kery!
