It is amazing what you can find at the farmer’s market these days. It has really become an inexpensive way to spend a fun afternoon. I enjoy going to the farmer’s market but, my sister and her daughter love going to the farmer’s market!  They make it a weekend tradition to go at least a few times each month.

I like to buy flowers, fresh strawberries, blue berries, and tasty hummus. I can usually find these items whenever I go. Then, I take them home and make a delicious low fat breakfast treat. Yummy!

Another cool thing about the farmers’ market is the great prices. I typically go with just twenty bucks and get fruit, flowers, and a snack.  You can really save money on the fresh produce and flowers. I paid five dollars for this beautiful bouquet of flowers. They really brighten up a room.

  2. Great info. Article well done! Score once more Kery. Love it. I have to make a better effort to go my local farmers’ markets. I love fruits like loquats and kumquats and I find myself wanting to pilfer them from a random neighbor’s tree because they’re not so easy to find in a local store. I bet I can find them at a farmer’s market. Thanks for the inspiration once again. 😊

    1. Yes you should check it out. The one in Torrance is huge and there is a small one in Culver City! 😊
      Thanks you !
