Floral Dress-Work It Wednesday!

My daughter loves the movie, Devil Wears Prada! So when I told her that I was going to feature this floral dress for my next spring post she said, “Florals, for spring…groundbreaking.” We both laughed because I kinda remembered Meryl Streep saying this with a very unimpressed look at one of her staff meetings. She was very hard to impress, LOL! However, even though florals for spring are not new, they are classic and often a great choice for spring!

March has been such a busy month that it has taken me away from blogging for the last few weeks. I have been busy with work, wine tasting events, and preparing for projects. However, spring break is around the corner so I plan to relax soon. This Wednesday I am featuring a classic flirty floral dress that I purchased last season from Banana Republic. I really like the fit and the colors are not too bright. The deep purple and dark green make it versatile for any season. I wore this dress to a tea back in November and I can still wear it to a spring event this season.

I styled this dress with my gold heels and necklace, also from Banana Republic, to add a little bling! If you follow my blog, you know I love metallic shoes and accessories, they go with so many looks.
